01 Brand foundations
You know exactly who you’re designing for and what you stand for as a brand. Every decision for scaling your brand is much easier after getting the foundations strong.
Before a single design is drawn, we get clear on your brand positioning, your dream customer, and what makes your collection distinctly yours. This is the stage successful brands never brush over an in fact they’ll refine over an over again. Getting this right means everything that comes after it has direction, purpose, and commercial logic behind it.
02 Creative Direction & Design Development
A collection that has strong story, beautifully cohesive and distinctively yours.
Here we’ll take your vision and create a strong and on brand collection that covers mood and story, a refined colour palette, and styles that stand out. They are all built around your brand identity and your customer, not fleeting trends. You end up with a cohesive collection that has a clear point of view, is genuinely wearable, and is designed to get your customers to buy.
03 Factory ready Garments – Tech Packs and technical drawings
Your manufacturer is able to turn your designs into something that can actually make and your customer can wear just as you envisaged.
We’ll take your final designs and create Detailed, production-ready tech packs for every style, plus updates as sampling progresses. This is the blueprint for your unique garment and the document your manufacturer works from, so it needs to be precise. Done properly, it reduces errors, speeds up sampling, and protects your design intent all the way to final production.
04 Fit perfected patterns and sampling
Garments that fit the way they should… so customers keep them, love them, and come back for more.
This is what your fabric is cut from, it’s your unique garments template and if it’s not done well you’ll know about it with ill fitting garments and ones that don’t match your vision. we create bespoke patterns and use physical and 3D digital sampling to finesse your garments. Fit is the single biggest driver of returns and repeat purchases in lingerie and swimwear. You’ll protect your brands reputation and see the same customers buying again and again.
05 Factory pairing
You go into production with a manufacturer who actually fits your brand, not just the first one who replied.
Finding the right factory is one of the most important and most underestimated decisions you’ll make. I match you with manufacturers from my personally vetted network who specialise in lingerie and swimwear, work with independent brands, and have the MOQs and communication standards your project needs.
06 Size Grading
Your collection sized correctly across your full range, so every customer gets your perfect fit, not just the sample size.
We’ll take your perfected fit and create a size range for your brand in the size range that best suites your dream customer, brand, as well as the stage in your business. I can size grade all lingerie and swimwear garments as well as full bust bras.
07 Consulting
Throughout collection development you’re guided by Yelena who has been working with lingerie and swimwear garments for 15+ years.
There’s many decisions that have to be made when creating a collection and it’s not always easy to know the best way forward by yourself, sometimes it’s hard to see the bigger picture, so this is why through each project there are regular consultancy calls and support through emails so that you know you’re taking the best route forward. It’s the most successful brands that work with a consultant who’s a specialist in the industry.
