Instead of writing down my goals for 2026... I wro Instead of writing down my goals for 2026... I wrote done what I had ACHIEVED in 2025. The list was suprisingly long. 

It wasn’t how many clients I had, or how much money I was making, it was the things that felt scary to me, that I was too scared to do the year before that I felt really proud of. ☺️

I realised how these little things begin to change you and your business on a whole new level if you just keep consistently working on them little by little every day. 

Things like:

👉Refining my packages so I get founders even better results and not being afraid to stay true to my process when questioned

👉Doing things that really scared me only the year before! (And feeling more confident by doing it!) 

👉I’mproving BTS systems so my work flow is more seamless for me and my clients - Ultimately I can do things quicker and easier than before! (Such a game changer)

👉I got out of my content perfectionism block (I had major blockages mid year! 😅)

👉Making my brand more unique so me and my clients are totally aligned

👉And personally, finally selling and moving off my off-grid narrow boat that I lived on for 10 years! 

👉Achieving a Counselling level 3 qualification.

👉Travelling around Portugal whilst working 

I’m so proud of myself 🥰 and THIS is what drives me forward to do even scarier things this year eeeek! (because I know they’re coming!😅) 

So, before rushing into new goals, take a moment to look back and acknowledge what you’ve already achieved!

• what did you follow through on?

• what felt hard but changed you?

• what would have felt impossible a year ago?

Those answers matter more than any new-year list.

But saying no isn’t a belief, it’s a set of decisions made early on. 

In lingerie and swimwear, those choices determine whether a brand lasts or quietly fades away after launch.

I used to feel like that too. 

Until I realised why my products weren’t selling! 

Because if you want to build a brand with sold out launches you have to absolutely have a strong brand meaning 
you know exactly who your dream customer is, 
you gave specific messaging, 
your identity is defined
and you know your market level. 

When you know these foundations this shapes the future success of not only your product (shaping fabric, fit, and even production) but also your brand! 

By the time sampling starts, most of the expensive decisions should have already been made. 

This is why I always start with brand foundations for start-up brands. 👌
