I worked and worked but I wasn’t doing well in lif I worked and worked but I wasn’t doing well in life. Infact I was doing worse. My health got worse and I was spending half the days in bed to the point I was diagnosed with ME/CFS. I couldn’t work for anyone because I couldn’t be on their terms - my symptoms had their own working hours! My dream of having a successful business was dwindling… I realised what my mum said to me wasn’t true. Working hard didn’t do me well in life, I realised I hard to work smarter! 10 years on from then my health is the best it’s been since my teens and I’m working less but what I do now is strategic not just constantly in my business but looking at it holistically where my health comes first.
